The Alliance has the knowledge, experience and capacity to provide guidance and consultation to owners, developers, construction managers and prime–trade contractors on large and small sized construction projects where there is a need and/or desire to utilize small and minority contractors.
We define our role as facilitating a utilization process by being able to assist each of the contractual parties to successfully comply with the contract utilization requirements of a construction project. Using our 25 years’ experience, working with New Haven regional small and minority contractors, we have demonstrated and confirmed a successful formula for minority contractor recruitment.
